Last visit the store all of the items I needed, and where they are always located.

You had all the plants I needed for my gardening project

great people to deal with, associates are knowledge, friendly and an overall treat to talk to. very helpful at all times and greet you with a smile. I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Niles, IL at Dempster and Greenwood streets.

Great service helping with shelving and other items

We were so impressed with the helpfullness of the associates. They were very knowledgable and quick to help us. We were very satisfied.

I went to four different stores this morning and Hope DePot had the best selection of tower fans.

The Niles store lacks qualified store associates. Some people there don't seem to know or care about the customer.

The garden area was well stocked with flowers. Flowers were easy to find and fresh

I couldn't believe the selection of trees, plants, ect. They were also in good quality.

Cashier Tiffany - TXL6949 was extremely rude to me. She told me there is no plastic bags available for the bushes that I bought. I asked her if there is no bags in the whole store. She said OUT OF BAGS. I got it from the next cashier. I have never experience such a rude customer service.

Dennis in lawn and harder was a great help. He took the time to explain different products and how to use/install them to me. He also helped to load my purchases as well. I later returned that week to purchase bricks for a retaining wall. The two gentlemen that helped load my car were great too! I'm not used to such timely and willing help at your store (I shop here often). The folks in lawn and garden should be commended for the great job they do.

We have been shopping at Home Depot for many years now. The sales associates are very helpful and always ready to assist you.

My overall store experience was good. People are friendly and helpful.

I am in this store quite often since it's right near my work. I always pretty much find everything I want, occasionally they will be out of stock but for the most part everything is there and easy to find. Well run store.

I had a good experience shopping at home depot .I always shop there.

I was dreading this visit as I thought I was going to run into problems finding the right part. Went to the toilet area to find a Flush Lever but was worried about finding a certain style. All the levers were in one spot for me to compare and possibly upgrade. When I got home I was completely satisfied to find that it not only was the right part but worked better than the original. Funny but I've found myself flushing the toilet to get a sense of achievement. IS THAT CRAZY???HAHAHA!! Nice shopping experience and love the new spring items out for sale now.

5 STAR RATING: Of the employee's I spoke with, they approached me and even took the lead in showing me where items were located, so I wouldn't have to walk all over the store, Howard took the lead and made it happen, as I was short on time, I believe this reflects on the current lineup of management, that this store has, as I've heard from my neighbors how nice this store was, and that's what takes me back. Thanks

there are times that a product is discontiuned and is not on the shelf. is good to know that .
