We wanted a two tables and bbq grill delivered. Lady at customer service told they could not deliver the tables since they were on clearance. After wasting time trying to see if we could somehow fit them in our car we went back to ask how much to deliver the grill. Another person helped us and told us we could have everything delivered! When we pointed out the lady who said the tables could not be delivered. He called her over, explained to her they could be delivered, and told her to handle our order. She was rude and unapologetic. We asked if they could deliver in our backyard. She said we had to be present and they would call 30 minutes before with a 6am to 8pm window! Next day items were delivered on a large wooden pallet. No call, no doorbell, no notification. Now I am stuck with a large wooden pallet I never wanted. Further more, I waited for hours since I was told I had to be present.

I have a Airbnb that I and I don’t know what I’m doing and they really sit down and help me find whatever I need for my remodel and not only that they help me find Christmas gift for my family. Thank you Home Depot family.

I have rentals and I always seem to find what I need at this store.

should not re-sell used/returned item for brandnew price, that was dishonest..$179 for 35f drain auger Ryobi was too much

If your in the mood to have your central nervous system shocked, create anxiety or feel demeaned - go to Home Depot. The check out experience it making sure you know, you are just a widget on their financial calcuations.

Home Depot west Seattle is usually my store to buy hardware, fasteners and tools. The parking is a big plus when driving a big truck.

The West Seattle Home Depot is one of the smaller Home Depot stores out there. I lived in West Seattle for decades, and shopped there quite a bit. Most recently I shopped there on April 15 of this year, and once again ran into problems. Lack of stock. Lack of knowledge amongst the employees. It’s just something you should be aware of.

I needed parts for my shower door. I went to the Pro Desk for help. Brenda physically took me to Christine Parker to order my parts. Christine realized what parts I need and who the manufacturer is. She contacted the manufacturer and was able to get my parts order in a timely manner. Christine made my shopping experience a delight that day. Because of her knowledge and professionalism I will recommend Home Depot to my friends and associates.

I’ve been in West Seattle for around 34 years and it’s so nice to be able to buy the things I needed for work and my home without having to deal with traffic!

I was lucky to visit The Home Depot in West Seattle to see the washer and dryer on sale before the expiration date. Free delivery is a bonus.

Your customer service person was very helpful when I went in to look for one of your Black Friday items. I went in to ask about your Dewalt 1600 Peak Amp Car Jump starter. She took me over to the aisle where it was (It wasn't on display anywhere) Found it and asked what I needed to know. I said I'm concerned about how this jump starter is charged so that it can jump a dead car battery. The Lady scanned the tag and told me it didn't use a DeWalt Lithium battery to power the unit and that it required frequent (every 30 days) recharging. I knew then it must be a Lead/Acid (Automotive battery) type of charge system that required maintenance to keep it ready for use. She was very helpful in giving me the information I needed to choose what I wanted to do about this purchase. One more example. I often go in to look through the Cull lumber and sometimes when I need specific lumber I will go through the bin and sort through the pieces to see if any lumber may be of "Cull" quality (I have a pretty good eye for wood). I then ask the wood department employee, would any of these pieces I found be what you consider "Cull" lumber? They look them over and usually (But not always) say yes. In a way I think I'm an employee, I find the "cull" lumber, and I get a deal, and they don't have to sort through the bins as much!! Bonus!!

Parking is plentiful and spacious for my truck size. Aisles are stocked and clean.

This store has long been short on staff at checkout, and now it is essentially all self check out. Makes the checking out process more a difficult so very unmotivated to return. Clearly this is a top down initiative and so I feel sorry for the staff.

Home Depot has convenient and free parking. The aisles are clean and stocked to my satisfaction.

Hello, My name is Nancie Cook. I live in West Seattle, Washington. I am 68 years old and my spouse is handicapped. I do my shopping at your West Seattle store on SW Delridge Ave. I want to thank your employees Susan and Day for their outstanding customer service; If there is an award for above-and-beyond, these two women should receive it. I purchased a Weber grill, to be assembled and delivered to my home. I was assured it would definitely be assembled. It was delivered in a box. I refused the delivery. I drove to the store and spoke to Susan at the Customer Service counter and explained the situation. I was really hot under the collar, as I had a bbq scheduled for that evening. My spouse was calling around to cancel our party. Susan reviewed the order in the computer and saw the problem. She escalated the problem to her manager named Day. Between the two of these women, they loaded an assembled grill into a vehicle and the delivered it to my home! I was so astonished. They certainly deserve an award for their customer service. What they did for me was simply amazing!

I always find friendly and helpful workers here. They really try hard to meet your needs. Sometimes the first person you see may lack the hands on experience in a certain department, but they’ll help you seek out the best person to advise on your project or repair.

The parking is accessible (A+) and the store is clean and organized.

I bought refrigerator approximately a month ago and the installers did not know how to get it in for installation when they have a 28 inch claims if they had taken the doors off

West Seattle Home Depot usually has the items I’m looking for and their prices and quality is competitive.

The sales person was great, responsive, helpful - the follow-through is the problem. I am supposed to receive a call regarding installation - no call, and no response on the phone number I was provided. What is my option - to cancel?

Needed a replacement microwave and staff got me exactly what I needed

This store is the smallest, as I have been told by store staff, in North America. It seems to carry less product and runs out of product faster than the larger HD sores. Isles are frequently cramped and/or blocked by product displays or ladders to retrieve product. Since it is the closest HD to my office I will run there first to see if they have what I seek. The website is useless when it come to trying to get some understanding of the quantity of what I'm looking for so suggesting I on HD website... It's pointless. I would only recommend this store using a broad paintbrush. "Yes, go to HD as it's better than XXX."

I was impressed by the help I received on 2/6/25. I went in needing a cordless drill and had very little idea what I was looking for. I asked for help and a lady went above and beyond to unlock several drills for me and even pulled up a spec sheet to be sure the drill would fit my needs. I feel like she went above and beyond and she said it wasn't even her department so she didn't really know much about power tools. Wish I caught her name!

Adel Perry was great. She took her time and explained everything we needed to know to make an informed decision on our custom blind. We would definitely work with her again.
