Every time I try to use my veteran's discount, it never works. I had to update the app this time and it still didn't work. Whomever is in charge of the military/veteran's discount needs to get this fixed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The locations every item on my list! Great job Home Depot!!

First of all it’s right next to a police station so before I even walk in I feel safer shopping at this location. I love the product selection, the friendliness of the employees, and the awesome Home Depot app that informs me exactly where I need to go to find what I’m looking for. Shopping here is fun!

This store fired their best guy for vaping? Really?!! Every employee there should call the employee line and tell them you want Brian back. This is ridiculous. Since Home Depot seems to care more about employees vaping on their break than having anyone available when you need help, I don't plan on shopping there again. Brian was always super helpful.

Every time I enter this store I know that I will find the help I need and answers to any questions I may have. I love this store!

The management at this store is incompetent. There is never anyone to help you and the only guy that ever did and seemed to want to help and lined his job was fired for vaping OUTSIDE but 5 feet away from the smoking area canopy. Associates there despise the management and they don’t even follow their own documented procedures when dealing with disciplinary actions.

I came to this store looking for a few things and the staff knew exactly where everything was. They made my shopping trip easy and efficient.

We went in to the Delridge location to buy lumber, but left with two shelving units because of Vanessa. My husband was looking at them and then Vanessa appeared and offered us an offer we couldn't refuse on the floor units. Then she went above and beyond by taking them apart, loading them up, and meeting us at checkout to make sure we were taken care of all the way to the end. She showed us how to put it back together too. We really appreciated how she read my husband's vibe and adapted to his personality to make for a fun shopping experience. Her positive energy and outstanding customer service were awesome. We went home happy and raving about our experience. There needs to be more Vanessa's in this world! Thank you! You made our day! And now our garage looks awesome too.

Home Depot is my go to store for many home projects and special orders. The aisles are clean & orderly. Also, parking isn’t a problem and offers plenty of room for a large truck.

The associates in this store are not very helpful (most of them). They seem to avoid interacting with customers if they can. The aisles are frequently crammed with goods, making maneuvering down those aisles like driving in rush hour.

Been supporting them for years but never wanted to open any account until they offered $5000 account. Once I accept the transaction to open my account didn't buy much and had about 700 in balance and I paid it off, suddenly I went shopping yesterday 7/25/24 bought a set of tools less than $40, my account was declined and closed. This is how they treated their customer open/closing their account as they please! It's time for Lowe now...

I needed a broken window pane replaced and Rashad in the windows/doors department was extremely helpful and got me the help I needed. Best customer service experience I’ve ever had and he was super responsive and followed up with me about getting the replacement glass ordered.

Even though the smallest HD in system, they manage to have all the important items available

Customer service personnel are not knowledgeable in solving problems. They have select employees who can take care of customer support issues (1). The others do internet orders. Manager lacks the ability to manage his team. He thinks they are all able to handle the same issues. He's clueless to this.

I like Home Depot a lot and that goes for this location. What I don’t like about this store is the fact there are never enough employees, the employees actively avoid talking with customers, and the fact they don’t accept Apple Pay or any digital wallet for payment. Home Depot is the only place I shop at that doesn’t accept digital wallet payments and it’s extremely bothersome because I never have the right credit card physically with me when I visit. Otherwise, the product selection is great and the prices are okay.

A toilet set I ordered arrived at store broken and the item was no longer available. The customer service manager found the item at another store and arranged to have the item delivered to store the next day.

I went the West Seattle Home Depot around 8 am on a Sunday morning. I was immediately greeted. I didn't get very far into the store before Cheri asked if I needed help finding anything. She was able to locate the item quickly and, despite my offer to carry the item, she carried it to the register for me and help me check it out. I was a fast, friendly visit that I hope to repeat in my many expected trips to that store.

Ben found threat design choices that were in stock. He saved me a bundle by not missing an installation day Ben saved me from at least 5 mid-steps in getting my kitchen done right. Ben is the best thing about this Home Depot; sharp, kind, and incredibly caring.

Employees ( Drew Sherry, Jennifer, and Phuong It’s very Helpful And very knowledgeable About the product and the rest of the staff were consistently friendly throughout the store

Went in for help with a small cabinet project and was very satisfied. Christine and Anastasia are fantastic!

I went in tonight looking for a low stock item and was really impressed by this location. All the employees were friendly and the store was clean and well organized. I had a hard time finding the item and the night manager went above and beyond to help. Very impressed with the customer service here and even though it isn't my closest Home Depot I will definitely be coming back.
