I had to buy vice grips a while back because I couldn't get a chair leg off.....Home depot had a nice selection of vice grips that did the job.

I do a wide range of projects and found this Home Depot to be faster and more cost effective than shopping online. The employees are always helpful. Thanks so much!

Purchased a BOSCH dishwasher. The purchase experience was wonderful. Staff greeted us immediately when we entered the department. Once a decision was made the check out/purchase took less than 30 minutes. Staff have excellent Customer Skills

Painted my master bathroom about 2 years ago and now needed some touch up! The employee at the paint counter was able to use a sample and mix and EXACT color for me to use! It is beautiful!

My Moen bathroom products were in stock and Genesis helped me perfectly by giving great advice and helping me all through the process.

Dawn the cashier was fantastic.

3 seperate employees jumped in to help me. It was great. If you need knowledeable help , go to the Cleveland Ave store.

The Westerville THD is a good place to shop. Clean, Helpful nice employees in paint, lumber, electrical, hardware, cleaning, at the service desk and pro checkout. The one guy that stands out is Ryan in Millwork / Doors. He is great at his job, enjoys helping and is a very good reason to shop this THD.

Everyone at this store is polite, friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and organized.

She always carries on a conversation and makes sure our shopping experience was as expected, or better! She never fails to impress me with her genuine personality. She truly represents quality customer care!

You will not be disappointed. She knows her job well, does it well, and is patient and friendly. Nice purchase experience. Excellent employee. And in general I almost always choose HD above 3 local competitors.

It isn't as big or as busy as the Cleveland avenue one and I mean that in a good way.

Jean was a god send when I had some frustrating issues with an appliance delivery. She kept me informed every time she had to contact the manufacturer. She updated my order notes so if she wasn’t available another associate would know what was going on with my order. Jean made what could have been a horrible experience a lot more pleasant.

Listen, we have spent countless hours in this Home Depot. From small home repairs to a complete first floor remodel… we should have actually just worked there part time. Probably would have helped pay for it! But In all seriousness, we have always had such great interactions with the workers, wether they are working the cash register, at the pro desk, stocking or helping design our kitchen, they were on top of it. The financing options were great and the team was super knowledgeable in always helping us with budgeting for each project. Home Depot Westerville is like a small community made up of some great folks. Without them, it would be just another store. Keep up the great customer care!

Looking for kitchen sink faucet, quickly approached & asked if we had questions or needed help. Took us to computer to look at faucet of the type I wanted not available in the store. very knowledgable about faucets and how fast they would ship. Self checkout person helped us save money. Best Home Depot experience I have had.

I shop at Home Depot frequently as it is close to home. I find that the employees are friendly, greeting me when I enter, and throughout the store, asking if they can help me find something. The shelves are stocked and the store is clean. I particularly like their paint, and the variety of plants/flowers in stock.

We bought a garden hose and a garage sweeper just the way we wanted.

I needed to have 3-10’ black steel pipe cut to complete a desk build project. The first HD store’s machine broke. The next day I went to another HD store on my way into work. They told me they couldn’t cut pipe under 24”. I spoke with a couple contractors buddies of mine and they told me that’s not right and to go to the store in Gahanna, Ohio. That’s the opposite direction from home and not close to work, I’ll leave that for a last resort. In fact, one of those contractor buddies lived close and I gave him my list. A few days later he called me and was at the Westerville HD store #3825 and he spoke with their pipe cutter. They told him to have me come in. So I did. I told him to take his time, cut and thread it right. Red Shirt Mike was the guy helping me and he did just that. Very helpful and knowledgeable on the machine and after speaking with him, I finally knew that the job would get done. It took nearly a month from store 1 to store 3. But I have all my pipes and will be finishing up the desk build project I have. By far the best customer service I’ve seen at Home Depot in a long time. Don’t get me wrong, my normal store knows me and they’re very helpful as well. But they couldn’t get the job done. This time. I’m just tickled that I can finish this and I know where to go the next time I need pipe cut and threaded.

We purchased a new dishwasher at Home Depot (HD) and paid for install and haul away. On delivery/installation day, installers refused to install stating shutoff valve needed replaced. I had to call Home Depot Services department to have a Home Depot plumber scheduled. The HD plumber was scheduled to come the next week to do the replace the shutoff valve and perform install. The plumber did come and replace the valve, but didn't do install. Called HD Service department who rescheduled installers. Now on 3rd week after initial installation date. The installers came, but then didn't do the install saying the bottom rack wasn't working correctly. I had to call HD Service department again to find out that because the dishwasher had been delivered more than 48 previously, the Vendor had to be notified and a vendor certified repair person had to come and determine if washer had issue. 2 weeks later, Vendor certified repair person came and replaced wheels on lower rack but that person didn't do installations. Fourth call to HD Service department to get a new installation data. Day before installation, no notification of window for when installers would show up. I was told the installation was cancelled and someone from another department would contact me the next day (which was the 3rd try for installation. On the day the dishwasher was to be installed, I got a cal that said the installers would not be be able to come and do the installation and that HD was refunding the installation and haul away fees. I received email receipts of this refund and I have now had to call a 3rd party plumber to come and perform the installation and hopefully haul away of the old dishwasher. This process started with purchase date of 2/21/2023 with initial installation on 2/25/2023. On 3/31/2023 the installation was cancelled and it won't be until 4/6/2023 that the 3rd party plumbing company will do the installation. I will NEVER pay to use Home Depot installation again going forward. I'd prefer to have a better professional plumbing company who can do all items start to finish than wait over a month to get the appliance installed.

Lumber employees (Joe) are great

These folks seem to truly appreciate their customers. They aren't just hanging out weaiting to get paid. I say this because they are knowledgable and friendly. They engage with m when I come in, and if they don't know the answer to a question, they attempt to get it, rather than just acting like you're bothering them. Compared to Hamilton Rd. and Cleveland Ave locations, I'd recommend this location much more!

We just purchased an LG dishwasher from the Westerville Home Depot. Harry was terrific to work with. Today it was delivered and installed. The installers were professional and courteous. Great Experience.

My best experience is with pick-up orders. They seem to pick the orders quickly and have a pretty good grasp of what they have in stock. I pull up, they walk out with my order and load it up, then I'm off. Sometimes I have to go in to select lumber or spray paint (which seems dumb) and it can be a real time suck trying to find someone if I have a simple question about the products or advice on my project. Also, while I like the self-check-out, it's annoying that it doesn't accept contactless payments from Garmin watches or Google wallet. I'd also add that when this site says "Ad Blockers prevented your review submission", this is an outright lie. Home Depot simply refuses to accept reviews that can't be tracked. Why not say "We only accept reviews from people who consent to tracking" instead of blaming a third party? It makes it look like HD doesn't know how the Internet works (and maybe they don't). Also, they don't allow Emoji for some reason so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Heavy buckets but Adrian and Drew did all the heavy lifting. I paid Evangeline who sent the help my way…these 3 made this ‘honey do’ stop easy peasy.
