Although I moved away from Westerville, Ohio almost one year ago, I still enjoy shopping at the local Home Depot, it is as friendly as shopping in an old-time hardware store in my old "home-town".

The associate was very helpful in loading my van. He did most of the work loading my van. Made for a great experience.

The associate was not friendly. They made a mistake on mixing a sample of paint and when we went to exchange for the correct color we were instructed that samples are not returnable. Even though it was clearly an error on their part, we had to pay for a second sample that we originally wanted.

It is difficult to find help a majority of the time for assistance in store. Lowes has many more people that can give you assistance without walking all over the store to find help.

The line was very long in the Outdoor Dept because it was the Saturday before Mother's Day. I only had two flowers so I went inside to the Customer Service desk and asked them if they could check me out there. They did it willingly and quickly. I was glad they didn't send me to a "real" register because those were located at the other end of the store.

Wide variety of flowers but prices could be displayed better.

ASSOCIATES were great! My time is valuable and I need to get in and out as fast as possible when I'm working on a home project. The paint desk was quite helpful and went and pulled from the shelf what I needed with a gracious smile and friendly remarks wishing me a good day. Then the garden department associate helped a lot to find me something I couldn't see and she just walked over and got it and waited for me to check out and took it to my car. OUTSTANDING SERVICE TODAY!

Again, great help in locating my needs. Clerks are quite friendly. Good checkout with no waiting in lines. Clerks are knowledgeable in products.

I was able to find exactly what I needed. I was in and out of the store easily and quickly.

Had a great experience. The lawn and garden manager and associate were very helpful and accommodating. While it was raining staff helped in loading the lawn tractor and explaining all the features. The sales associates at the service desk were also very helpful and professional.

This store is always bright and clean (for a giant hardware store!). There are usually plenty of associates available if you need help, but on occasion (like on weekends) it is more busy and you may need to wait a tad, or not. It just depends. We have used this store, right down the street from us, for about 10 years or so. I don't ever recall rude or grumpy workers at this store. All I can recall is people who are quite helpful, even on the rare times the store doesn't have what we need. In my mind I remember waiting in lines at hardware stores for ages and ages, and we pretty much rarely wait here. Plus there is a self-checkout that works pretty well, too. There is a person who oversees the self-check in case something goes wonky. I would recommend this store as an all-you-need hardware/home store for people in the area.

I have had wonderful shopping experiences at the Westerville Home Depot.The store associates are friendly and helpful. Recently, I needed some carpet cut to specific dimensions and the store personnel went "above and beyond" to provide what I requested. I shop at the Westerville Home Depot quite often, not only because of the convenient location, but also because I know someone in the store will help me if I can't find what I want. Also, the store associates offer helpful information on ways to use various products or on alternative products which might be better. This store provides old fashioned hometown service.

At the risk of the associates getting big heads, I won't say who, but there are always so many that help us in store. The paint guy even saved me from purchasing something that I didn't need. The only bad part of this visit was a cashier, but Leila at customer service quickly resolved the situation and we left completely satisfied... again. Everyone is so knowledgeable and informative at this store, which is not true for all stores, let me tell you. I hope they don't get too big and busy, which would then cut down their productivity and usefulness. I hope the store pays these people well because it would be a great loss were they to lose these employees (except for that cashier).

Came to the store looking for material to build a retaining wall. The associates at the service desk were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, without their help we likely would not have bought enough material. Home Depot's price was much less that than a local competitors, saving us about $200.

I was finding a few items that were not main-stream items and the guy was there as soon as I needed the help and knew exactly where everything was. Was expecting to take 20 minutes but took 10.

I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR HELP IN FINDING WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THEY GOT ME THROUGH THE CHECK OUT VERY QUICKLY. VISIT THIS STORE FREQUENTLY AND ALWAYS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I can find everything I need to do jobs sround the house.

I was at wit's end! An associate solved the problem I had with a light fixture so I did not have to reconfigure the ceiling to put in a new style.

Had difficulty finding batteries for my drill. Finally found them on the TOP shelf. Fortunately there was a ladder already in the aisle and since there was nothing guarding use I assumed it was okay to use it to get the batteries. Otherwise, every associate greeted and asked if we could help us. If we asked a question they were always spot on with their answer. KUDOS for a job well done.

the store atmosphere was that of santas workshop. everyone working away like little elves working their fingers to the bone in a jolly sweatshop. then i was approach by and angel like creature with eyes of compassion and wisdom. his smile made me feel as if every event in my life was meant to lead me to this very home depot at this very moment to change my life. his words gave me sweet comfort and made feel all fuzzy in my tummy. he had a vest and though i do not remember his name, i will forever remember and dream of his face. his fellow vested associate steve magillakutty was decent, blunt and abrupt but provided comedic relief to what i consider a life changing experience. i will tell all my girlfriends and their mommas of the treasures at the westerville home depot. they rocked my socks!... in a very good way

A store associate told me they didn't have any post it notes in stock but had a few that they brought from home and gave them to us as we were checking out. This store goes far and above what competitors do. Thank you Home Depot And Thank Miss Diane and Sabrina!

Since I was in a hurry when I picked up a package of small light bulbs, I stopped by the service desk to see if I could check out there instead of walking to the other end of the store. Matthew, the service desk associate, offered to help me. I got my credit card out to pay, so that's why he probably didn't ask me about Home Depot credit card; he could tell I was in a hurry and wanted to be on my way as quickly as possible. He was very friendly and helpful, and told me about the survey.
