Every time I had a question ... the employees had the correct answer to help. Took printed gift sheets easily. sent me to the correct product location and saved 30 minutes of walking looking around for product.

We are renovating a new home. Samer and his team have made the process so much easier and enjoyable! So far we have done new floors, painting, new plugs and some other cosmetics. We will be back soon for a fence, kitchen counters and more.

For any home projects with competitive prices, I highly do recommend my local home depot store for those located in Toledo Ohio and surrounding areas. It is conveniently located off the freeway and on a major highway, Secor. Employees are helpful friendly and eager to help (me) succeed with my locating items I need/ed and the store is super Clean!

Helped if l needed it, left me alone otherwise.

The purchase of new carpet for our home was a pleasurable experience for us. The sales person Chris Ruma was very knowledgeable and a professional associate.

I have shopped this store several times and employees are always friendly and helpful. The items I need are regularly in stock and priced reasonably. Have not had a negative experience to date.

I purchased a bathroom vanity today. I asked 3 associates for help getting it off the shelf and into my car and not one of them helped or offered to find someone who could help me. Very disappointing.

Incredibly unhelpful, unfriendly bunch of associates that work at this location. Id recommend shopping at any location but this one. Did not receive the help i needed for my project.

Well organized and clean with friendly and knowledgeable staff (literally, everyone knows their way around). I always get a warm welcome here. Associates in the paint department were able to direct me all the way across the store to find step stools. Clear and concise directions, I’m surprised they knew the direct route! When going to check-out, Arriell was very friendly and actually attempted to get my attention first for me to see that her lane was open, and she cashed me out quickly. Thanks Arriell and all other associates for saving me time and helping me to get quality items.

My husband always said this is one of the best stores in Toledo better than Columbus or any other way he went so I agree because I shop with him it’s a pleasure walking to the store

Frustrating experience with on line order. Lowe’s does much better job in my opinion. Item was never pulled, even after waiting several hours. Rude service area person - then it took several associates walking around to realize they didn’t have items ordered.

This is the absolute worst home depot I have ever been to. Zero training on customer service or policies. Was told one thing when I bought something and opened a credit card and a totally different thing when I came to the store to return it. Will not be back to this store. Makes me not want to shop at any home depot. This store takes pride in how many "cards" they open but lacking in everything else.

I always shop at this store for home projects. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Often when stuck on a project they help me with a better plan.

Very clean, plenty of stock, and helpful friendly workers. Definitely better than the Alexis rd. store.

All hardware type stores are low in some inventory, but have noticed that this Home Depot is trying to restock as soon as possible

It would have been 5 stars, but this last visit changed my rating. For general merchandise, it is a great store. Kitchen design is a waste of time, and in the future, I’ll go elsewhere. I had the kitchen design completely done, I took in the paperwork, she said that it was wrong, and would not work. So I listened to her. I trailered the cabinet to my house in Florida, that she said were correct. My installer said that it would look wrong, if they were installed her way. She said that the cabinets that I had drawn up were not available. I called the factory, THEY ARE AVAILABLE, so I ordered the correct cabinets, will be taking the so called designers cabinets BACK TO OHIO, return them, take the correct cabinets back to Florida. I could have ordered down there, but I don’t know when I’ll be there. And with no one to pick them up, they would return them, and not hold till I can get back. This won’t be approved, because negative comments don’t get posted on HD sites.

Nice and clean. I found the special light bulbs. At the first time, I purchased the one with 600 W but when I got home to try, it almost burned in 1 second. So I went back to Home Depot to see if I could replace them to regular Watts. The staff refunded me and helped me picked me the 150 W bulbs. Very comfortable experience here.
