How can I fix drafty windows?

When your windows have a lot of condensation, frost, or mold, you likely need to reseal or replace them. If you can't install new ones now, seal them up tight with caulk, weather stripping, or a window insulation kit. Clean any mold and mildew first, and wear a respirator to avoid inhaling it. Fill any other gaps with foam tape and cover window a/c units as well to keep the warm air inside and the chill out. These steps should help stem the cold drafts until you can replace the windows.

Are Kids Workshops offered at the Westheimer Home Depot?

Yes, the Westheimer store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Garden center entrance closed. Only 2 SELF service lanes open- WHY???

930 Saturday morning, garden center entrance is closed. You have to walk completely around through the exit doors to get back to the outside at the garden center. Then walk around to the entrance and back to the checkout line, and there are only two self-service yes self service lanes open. Why only 2self service lanes open? If people are doing self service, let them check out. You have two attendants, waiting there and only two lanes open? This is asinine.

Indifferent to rude staff

Haven’t experienced such a borderline hostile staff in quite some time. Clearly resented their conversation being interrupted to do their job and assist and the self-checkout, clearly don’t need the business!

Rude Pro desk cashier

I returned some boxes that I had not used from my move and Kierston was EXTREMELY RUDE, accused me of having had used a box that was sold to me damaged from an online order. No thank you or any sort of polite words just coldness and accusations. Also another cashier was very unpleasant when I asked where the return desk was.

Excellent Help

My wife and went to Home Depot on a spur of the moment shopping spree. Once we decided on what all we wanted the guys on the floor were absolutely awesome. They helped us to load out carts, to the register, the to load everything in my truck. These guys are truly awesome. This is my Home Depot.
