Go see Mr. Rick in plumbing, he was so helpful. Took his time to explain me everything needed for my project. Mr. Ed from the garden department helped me with a heavy sink, took me to Mr. Rick and helped me at checkout and loading my car. They sure made me want to come back.

I was so pleased with the employee that helped me in the curtain rod department(which wasn’t his department but they were on break) I will certainly go back again

When my local HD was out of stock on item needed, we drove 25 min. to Westminster store. So glad we did. Store was neat and clean, bright, well stocked. It was easy to see merchandise and plenty of room to move through aisles. We walked around just to see what other items were available. A pleasureable experience, worth the drive!

Clean inside and out. Employees knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I'll pass by my local one to use this one whenever feasible.

I was helped by cashier Madalyn. She was very friendly and helpful, I appreciated her.

My experience today at Hope Depot in Westminster was amazing. I needed a new filled propane tank, as we have just moved here. I couldn't get one anywhere near. I went to Home Depot and Christine came to my aid. She rang me up, got the tank and carried it to my car She put it in and made sure it was secure. It could not have been a better experience. I was tried and hurting as I have had surgeries for back and arm problems. Christine was like Wonder Woman coming to my aid! I will always come shop there!

I have used several suppliers over the years and finally narrowed it down to Home Depot a little over a year ago. Found that the pro desk there can be as personable, if not more then some of the other suppliers. And are extremely competitive in pricing. I recommend any contractor or sub to give HD a chance. Especially the one in Westminster MD

Westminster Home Depot have the Friendliest employees! They are willing to help you out without making you feel you are a bother to them. I will be shopping here more! Christina at the customer service counter is friendly and very knowledgeable she was very helpful! This store is a MUST to shop at if you are looking for any home improvement projects or just shopping! I won't go any where else!

Store associates were courteous and helpful. They were ready to assist with purchasing, carrying, and checking out. The store was clean and well-stocked. The product I wanted was easy to find and just as expected from viewing online.

Store 2580 is awesome because they always have friendly associates who take time to try to answer questions during my shopping experience and they also keep things organized. Angie is particularly helpful and awesome!

Employees were super helpful! I usually go with my husband and don't need much assistance but he wasn't able to come with me and I had a shopping list consistent of heavy items. I was feeling guilty coming in knowing I was going to need so much help from the employees. The first employee that helped happily loaded the plywood onto my cart and cut each piece for me so it would fit in my SUV. I didn't catch his name but he was happy to help. Russell then helped me with the table saw, answered questions about different brands and assured that what I had chosen would be best for my projects. Dave at the pro desk check out was super helpful and even offered tips and tricks for my planned project. Finally, they both loaded everything into my SUV, strapped some plywood to my roof rack, and even took the time to fix my ratchet strap and taught me how to thread them properly. They went above and beyond and were so nice about it. Best employees ever!

Excellent costumer service and Kyle in the paint department took the time to answer ALL my questions with great knowledge.

Steven the cashier at self checkout was great. We almost never have issues. Only their boards are rarely straight but they probably get them that way.

The cashier Steve is always friendly and helpful when checking out. He should work 7 days a week.

I shop at Home Depot a lot and have always found this store to be neat and clean with very helpful employees. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. My son is putting in a new kitchen floor so I gave him Home Depot gift cards for Christmas and he was very excited.

Tish was awesome. Go to her line. She keeps it sanitized and keeps it moving. Oh, and very friendly. Just awesome.

Store #2580 Westminster has knowledgeable, helpful staff and everyone is pleasant and treats you like a small town hardware store!

Great customer service. I drove an hour an 30 mins to pick up the toolbox combo i wanted and they had it. The lady that helped me find it and get a guy on a fork lift to bring it out to the truck was great! The guy on the fork lift was also great. He was willing to do anything to load the toolbox combo into the bed of my truck. Great Store! Great Experience!

An employee ask me what I was looking for and then showed me the product I was looking for and stopped back a short period later to make sure I had found everything I was looking for. The cashier was very nice. I don't prefer to use self check out. I think it takes the customer service piece out of the equation. With it customer service I can buy what I want anywhere. I respect the option but I prefer to deal with a person as opposed to a computer. My opinion. If a store would continue to make me use a self check out I would probably shop somewhere else. I hope life doesn't come to that.

This is the best store in town! Everyone is super kind and helpful all the time!

It's not always easy making large purchases, however the first teammate ( Blondish Lady) was very helpful about some confusion with shelf labeling same product had 3 different SKU #s, she got Mike who was very helpful from loading a cart with my flooring, took it to the service desk, where sale was rung up, new Home Depot card was approved 2 hours earlier was declined. Chloe worked to not only get issue resolved but went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. Thank you. Sometimes these things go the wrong direction, this could have been a last visit to Home Depot at any location. But again Chloe made all the difference in the world. Please make sure your teammates a recognized for their diligence and great customer service.
