We went into HD to look at counter top options. Mathew had a suggestion for Schluter Metal Connectors to connect the Tile together on front face edge and back wall edge. Workmanship of my friend and this product is Beautiful.

You cannot get anyone in this store to help you or answer a question. I had two contacts with employees: one who loved my cart out of his way while he gathered stuff up; one who took money and never asked if I found everything (I didn’t). This is not a one time thing with this store. They really don’t want a customer who has questions or needs help finding the right thing.

I am extremely happy with the Wichita Falls Home Dept. Whether on line, or in store shopping, I am thoroughly impressed with the employees and the operations at this store. I also had to deal, at one time, with the Lawton store and was very pleased with them also. But the Wichita Falls store is my home store and couldn't be more pleased with it. GOOD JOB, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

For the most part the store has a wide variety of products in each department. Prices are often lower here than in the other major hardware store. Employees are more often willing to go out of their way to help with any problems.

If you want a smooth shopping experience you can always get just that at the Home Depot. Great prices great deals and great people on the job.

I have been using Home Depot exclusively for years because I grew tired of the other store’s attitudes. They all act like you are bothering them by shopping there. That has not been the case at my home town HD. For years the same woman has worked the commercial desk and she has been awesome to deal with. Problem is it’s been months since I have seen her. Now this endless stream of modern youth could care less about me or my shopping needs, and more about who is getting what tattoo with this weeks paycheck. My last few trips, which I drive an hour to use this store, have been awful. If I continue to use HD it will definitely be in a different town.

Home Depot in Wichita Falls is the best Construction store in town. I'll never go any place else for anything unless a strange circumstance arrives or I need an obscure piece of material. HD Fan in California since 1988, and a HD Fan in Wichita Falls, as it's the best store in town. Annette in Paint can match ANYTHING. James/Carpenter

Went in for a few items dfor yard work and painting and had to get an associates to unlock cages for power equipment. And at checkout the would not give me a military discount with my ID. Something about signing up online and/or using an app. I guess I don't have a reason to darken their door ever again.

After I placed my $350 online order I noticed I left out 2 items. I could not edit the order or add to it. I did not want to pay additional $79 delivery fee for two more 4x4x8 so I called the store to see if they could add them to the shipment which won’t take place until tomorrow. They put me on hold 4 times where I had to repeat my request each time. Finally I got a man who sounded very bored and just said, no there is no way to add two pieces to the order. That’s a poor experience

Thank you for the quick and courteous help I received today buying my new appliance! We can wait to get our new refrigerator.

After 23 plus years, still the worse customer service Home Depot!!!

We recently been shopping around for appliances. If you are looking to purchase appliances Home Depot is the place to go. There employees are extremely knowledgeable on them especially Linda. She made our experience there amazing.

I bought a Husky brand 3 foot Toilet Auger on November 28th, 2022 and let me tell you, I didn't need to hire a plumber because I was able to clear the toilet by myself.

Since they don't want you to mention anything about horrible customer service, I'm sure this won't be published! Can't really praise anything due to such bad treatment!

The Store was clean with very friendly staff and helpfull

I had to order Kitchen Appliances for a remodel I am having done and I was taken care of so well and got everything I needed and was helped by my Associate on even how to do the (dot com) .com computer ordering.

Store employees were helpful, they offered to assist me in my shopping. They are friendly and courteous. Amara was awesome

Last week we bought a "houseful" of things for my daughter's home and mine. We want to thank Thad, NJ, and Lupe for helping get my military discount set up and saving us a ton of money since we made such large purchases that day. We are grateful and will most definitely shop your store again.

The Wichita Falls Home Depot store is my favored over other home improvement stores. Cutting services are more readily available, and employees are always around to help with item choices and directions

The employees are always courteous and helpful! The store is always well stocked and clean!
