Since trying the BEHR paint 12 years ago on exterior finish - it is the only paint I use inside and out! I know that there are Memorial Day promotions each year, so purchase paint at that time. Nice to know that! Paint associates are friendly, helpful and know their product, have given me tips that help in maintaining my older home. I like the layout of the store ; I know where to look for something and know that I don't have to look in more than one area for an item. When I go in for something, I am anxious to get home and start the project so don't want to spend valuable time searching for something. Plus the checkouts are pretty speedy, both assisted and self-serve. Thank you.

Always an easy visit to buy gardening items such as soil, plants, and tools

The staff was helpful and offered help out with our heavy purchase.

I was able to get advice and recommendations for painting supplies. The associate was very helpful and able to assist with the purchase of the appropriate equipment for indoor painting.

It was very easy to locate the items we needed and we got good advice on ordering items they do not stock.

I found the store to be neat and clean with helpful associates. If an associate didn't know the answer to my question they found someone who could.

I knew what I wanted and found the lawn mowers at the front of the store. Could not find an associate that wasn't available so, I went and obtained a cart and loaded the new mower in its box onto the cart by myself. Since I knew that Home Depot gives 10% veterans discounts I was expecting one but, the cashier couldn't give me one. Had I known this was going to happen, I would have gone to Lowes because they give veterans discounts on everything we buy. There was a lack of sufficient open cashier-tended registers and the store was busy so there were lines. The store was clean but when there are so many customers, the aisles can be less cluttered to provide easier movement. I was expecting the veterans discounts applied to all purchases including sale items as well. If you can't offer this then, why offer any discount at all?

This store is well stocked and easy to shop. The parking allows for a multitude of vehicles which makes loading of products very easy.

Everything I needed was available on the stock, which made my shopping experience way more easier.

Overall a pleasant experience. The men's bathroom was out of paper towels, good thing they had air dryers as well.

The store was clean and I was able to find exactly where my item was. Although it is some times hard to find them, the associates are very courteous.

Found items immediately. Very satisfied with the building supply variation of materials.

I went into this store looking only for work gloves, I had no idea where I would locate them. I asked the first associate that I happened upon and he was able to tell me very quickly and correctly where I would be able to find them. Fantastic help!

I am veteran with a Vermont drivers license that states my status. I was told that corporate did not Recognize this form of ID. I think you should get up to speed with Vt. so us vets can use the discount.

Personally prefer Home Depot over it's competitors. Good product line, value and prices.

Was able to find everything I needed within a reasonable area. Seeds were half price which will keep my cost to grow garden. down

We had great experience in picking out a riding lawn mower, Lester went above and beyond to help us in our search. He was very helpful and stayed with us though the whole process.

I love to walk around and look at the lumber and tools. I could spend all day finding things I never knew I needed .

Home depot is always a pleasure to visit. Whatever I am looking for is usually there. The isles are wide, uncluttered, and brightly lit.

Mary helped us find the exact porch and deck material easily. It was quick in and out!

I felt like I had multiple people available at any point that I needed them. I had two small children with me and it was such a huge help to feel like if I needed anything I could ask. I was super impressed with the knowledge of the lawn and garden dept associate who helped me, and was definitely impressed with my overall experience. We are doing a reno on our old house we are buying and I know how easy it is now to get the help we need. I was a little embarrassed of my 2 year old playing the echo game in the lumber dept, but thankfully everyone had a good sense of humor about it.

It's early yet, but the garden center is already full of the items I need and even more that I don't but went home to see if I could fit them in.

I've always found the associates to be knowledgeable and helpful.

This store does it's best to accommodate customers in a hurry to get their projects done! Help is always there to guide and recommend products and materials for your project. Getting through checkout lines is usually fast between the auto checkout stations and friendly cashiers.
