Management should look into employees bringing there problems from home to store

I am always greeted by an employee with a smiling face.

Great fantastic service by Marlena in the appliance department. If you need appliances, find her!

The staff was super helpful, but Timbre was in the paint department and was very helpful as well as making sure I had everything for my little project

I had a very enjoyable experience at this store. The survey I just took. Told me at the end of the survey, that they see I wouldn’t visit this store again. I must have read one the the survey questions wrong.

Employees at this Home Depot are friendly & helpful! Rafy & Ernie were especially helpful with getting some large Christmas decorations & even helping us to our car. A+ customer service. The nicest people!

Came into the Home Depot with my family looking for a Christmas tree. And this wonderful lady was walking past, said hi and if she could help with anything. It was completely busy in the Christmas area. She was extremely helpful with locating Timbra was awesome, she had us in and out

Overall good store. The store is clean well supplied shelves. Parking is very good easy to get in out. Checkout at garden center is best bet for ease and parking

Only one complaint, as I was trying to get approved for the HD credit card. Took too long and was unsuccessful. Everything else was great.

My store experience was good. Home Depot employee (do not remember his name) guided me in buying right thermostat.

I’d recommend the prodesk here I feel as though Angie has been a good add. She is full of knowledge and has helped with all my delivery issues and questions. Even though she’s a new manager she has improved her people knowledge. Debra is my go to girl! She’s awesome!

You know I come with a problem to the store and the customer representatives Lov and Be had no knowledge of what to do and not nice. but They call Angie the manager and she came and was able to help me. It was an error and she was able to pull all my information and process my refund she seen the mistake that had been made. apologize and knock out quickly. I was a little upset. I thought I was going to have to raise you know what. You need more People like Angie she make me shop there more Thank you. If it wasn’t for Angie manager I would not go back

Store needs more associates usually have one person at the department and long lines at busy times .

I have been to this store 10+ times as I am remodeling my home. From paint to flooring to plumbing to equipment rental, everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. They know me by face and name and always help me find exactly what I need! Even though Dennis is a cowboys fan and I am a redskins fan he never holds it against me and helps me out haha

Thank you for having great employees and clean store. I pass other home depot because of the store is always clean and great service.

If you have a problem, go to customer service and ask for cashier Love, and you will be well taken care of.

Employee said saw was not working to assist customer in cutting a small piece of wood. There was no sign on the saw so probably he just did not want to do it.

This person (phone order) could not have been more pleasant and patient....I shouldn't be so shocked not every store has individuals as helpful and cordial as this person was. And he spent a large amount of time assisting me, calling back, etc.

Store was clean and organized. I was looking for cleaning supplies and Chris was very helpful suggesting a good solution for soap residue on my shower doors. Even though it was busy, I appreciate him taking the time to ask if I needed help and pointing me in the right direction. They may need more help, though! People were waiting for him to finish with me to ask their questions

We have been shopping at this store for a few years for household items. Recently, we remodeled our bathroom and our contractors bought everything they needed for the project here. I also picked out my vanity, all the hardware for the new bathroom, and frameless shower door. This store along with the online store made the project a breeze. We really appreciated the help of a young man named Dan in the flooring/appliances department who went above and beyond to help us out, on more than one occasion. He is an awesome employee!
