The store is well stocked and clean. The associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. A few even helped dig my car out of the snow when it was stuck in a nearby parking lot. Great people here. Will be back for sure.

In the past year and a half we have remodeled three houses and sold two of them. Besides big Ticket items like appliances, we were running to Home Depot two times a day sometimes. Though we have tried other stores in the area, this particular Home Depot has been our go to place. The knowledge of the employees as well as their helpful attitude and positive customer service have made it a joy to shop here.
Two customer service poor practices. Last week I purchased two Philips LED smart light bulbs that were on clearance. I called ahead today to see if any were still in stock. I was transferred to the electrical department no answer. Call was rerouted back to customer service. I gave Chyenne the receipt number and item name PLCA19COLOR2. I explained to her it was a Phillips 2 pack, LED smart light bulb. She could only find a 1 pack for $60.00. At that point I asked for her name and told her I would come in and look for the item. I went to the store found the items and also found an employee working in the Electrical Department. After a short conversation noticing his name was Matt, he told me he was working the Electrical Dept. today from 12:00pm to 9:00pm. Chyenne was not able to help me. Appeared not to have electrical experience. Matt was working in Elect. Dept. why did he not answer his phone when I called. Associates were not helpful. I found the products easily. Not able to get assistance over the phone.
A few days before Christmas, our water heater stopped working. It was a Rheem unit with a 12 year warranty. Rheem was going to overnight a replacement gas valve but it was out of stock. They offered to replace the complete water heater that I bought from Home Depot in 2015. So I went to the Depot and purchased a replacement water heater, planning on returning the defective unit after the new one was installed. I got the new unit in my house, ready for the installer who was coming the next morning. When he arrived, he opened the box and discovered extensive damage to the "new" unit. I immediately called Home Depot and asked if they could deliver another one to my house. Unfortunately, they could not so the installer said he would go with me to pick it up a replacement. We would also bring the old defective unit so they could sort out the warranty claim. Unfortunately, Rheem was not answering the phone so Alysha said she would issue me a store credit for the defective unit and also discount the new replacement unit which would help pay for the installers additional time. Alysha, Lori, and Marlein were very helpful in sorting out this mess and my new water heater is working as it should!
I find the personnel at the store helpful, accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. And I find various home products that I need for my home. These are always very good quality and long lasting.
