The staff is always helpful and attentive to my needs

Jennifer in appliances is amazing, she is patient and very helpful. We had a nightmare of a situation with our purchase and she went above and beyond to help.

Always disappointed with this store whether it be the rude, inflexible manager Damian, the horrible customer service at the return desk, product availability, or product accessibility. There have never been any attempts to rectify any issues at the store level. I live in Yorkville and Yorkville is the closest Home Depot to me but will now drive a few extra minutes to shop at the North Aurora or Oswego locations.

This store and it's employees are extremely friendly and helpful

The flooring department, in particular, were so helpful and answered all our questions and concerns about specific flooring we were looking for. We know we can get in and out quickly. Check out personnel at the lumber end are extremely nice. Never feel pressured by anyone in the store as we browse for future projects a lot.

I came in just to buy some pegboard, but I stopped and bought several nice tool gifts for my son because Bill was so friendly and helpful!

This store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Pam in plumbing is the absolute BEST!

Yorkville Home Depot is great! Every visit the employees seem very happy and are always FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! The store is always clean and organized when I have shopped both weekdays and weekends!

Kelly and Jennifer b were great. Jennifer was still learning but helped a lot and was willing to get help to answer questions. Kelly was great checking us out and showing Jennifer the ropes

The employees are very helpful starting with Kevin at the front door to the cashier including Karen. Eveyone seems to know what they are talking about and if you have a question, they have an answer.

Everyone there always takes the time to be helpful.
