We enjoy shopping at our Home Depot. They seem to always have just what we need for our woodworking projects. We also have purchased things from the garden department. I am sure that the next time we something we will find it at HOME DEPOT.

Great employee's, easy layout, great prices, makes you feel like a real man shopping at the Yuma HD

Having shopped at other Home depot stores in California, I have to say I appreciate the customer service I have received here at the Yuma Home depot. Everyone I have encountered has been helpful and friendly. If they were not able to answer my questions, they found some who could help. Thank you Home Depot of Yuma.

We went to purchase a tool box set. There was no one in tools that could help us . For 20 minutes my husband waited finally Anthony saw us from the cashiers area and offered to help. He took care of us from cashing out and loading up. He was friendly, courteous and thanked my husband for his military service. Anthony saved the day as we were about to leave. Advice to store we’ve been to this store about 3 x in one week. there has been a lot of confusion on giving military discount to veterans with identification on drivers license. My husband did not retire from military so he doesn’t have the “retired ID card”. the cashier gals aren’t familiar with the dl stamp and argued with my husband about his service. Finally the gal said she would look into it as she isn’t familiar (this was Elaine) The training process should include recognition of Identification and err on the side of customer if unsure. But don’t argue and make a scene in front of customers.

Charlie, the salesperson in the appliance department was extremely helpful! Job well done!

Always a great selection of flowers in the garden department. And the staff is always eager to help if they can with our projects.

Great staff and management team

Alma was working at the self checkout station and was extremely rude. I advised her of the price change for my item (046677434717) if i purchased 4 or more. She was rude & said no that doesn’t apply. Then she said “grab your items and let’s go take a look together” & then walked away to every other terminal to help other guests instead of finishing what she started. So while she walked away I looked up the exact item online to show her & when I did she said “oh no, that’s only online”. I quickly explained “no this is what the shelf price said” and she gave attitude. Granted she changed the price, but it was her customer service that I had an issue with! I am sorry, but I would not make up a price. I have no reason to. But I do believe that if there is a price adjustment to be made then I will save the few extra bucks & do so. I am not ashamed of that. How dare she be rude to me when I was just trying to make a purchase & save.

The bathroom was dirty do not go in there

I am in this store a lot. I have to say it would be better if it was next door instead of 15 miles away. But, it is what it is, and I'd drive twice as far to be helped by the fine associates (Michael, Martha, Bill, Millard, Megan, Laura, to name a few) working there. I use the HD App to compile my "want list" (shopping cart), so pretty much know what I want and where it can be found. And, when I can't find it there is always someone there to help. Year after year this store has only gotten better. Whatever it is, please stick with the same formula.

Supervisor did not know English

"Elaine" in flooring was great in helping us all the way from an info phone call, plus calls back to us, plus emails too! She was very patient and helpful during the time it took to make our decisions. She then helped us place a large order of LifeProof laminate for our project. Thank you, Elaine !!!

The customer assistance is top rate. They have assisted me with electrical advice and tool selection when I am in Yuma during the winter season. The store is clean and the associates are friendly and helpful.

As a woman, I rely on professional store employees to give me guidance in making the right decisions . I enjoy shopping at Home Depot as each time I shop I Get value for my money and make my home feel safe, attractive and personal satisfaction I chose wisely to shop at Home Depot.

Clairita at the service desk not only resolved all my questions, but amazingly remembered me from previous purchases. My only negative comment is that the store was not very clean especially near the rest rooms (which were difficult to locate due to poor signage)
