Our advanced formula keeps your new paint job protected from rain as early as 60 minutes after application. Plus, you can apply BEHR DYNASTY Exterior Paint in temperatures as low as 35°F and up to 90°F. Valid only when tinted to colors from the BEHR DYNASTY specially curated Exterior Color Fade Protection Palette. Based on predictive lab testing with a color shift less than Delta E of 5 as measured by CieLAB. A primer coat may be needed. Apply product on dry substrates when air and surface temperatures are between 35°-90° F (2°-32° C) and will remain between 35°-90° F (2°-32° C) for at least 4 hours after applying; Allow paint film to dry for at least 60 minutes prior to rain showers when temperatures are between 60°-70° F (15°-21° C) and 60-70% relative humidity

A: Hi Trev, thank you for your question. Our Dynasty Exterior Paint is available in flat, satin, and semi-gloss. You can use any of these sheens on stucco. The flat finish will minimize the appearance of minor surface imperfections, while the higher sheens provide a hard and durable finish that is dirt-resistant and moisture resistant. A: Hi there, thanks for the question. If this is for a sign for a parking spot, I'd recommend using the Semi-Gloss sheen, as it will make the sign a little more noticeable and easier to clean. A: Hi Justin, thanks for the question. Our Dynasty Exterior Paint is a great choice for painting the railing around the deck. I did want to point out that it isn't recommended for the floor of the deck or areas that receive floor traffic. As for the moisture in the wood, as long as the moisture level is below 20% there shouldn't be any issues. Ideally, the moisture level in the wood should be below 10%. Have a great day! -Ronald

My simple painting advice is: Don't waste your time with cheap paint! I love Behr Dynasty paint! I have used it inside and outside my home in Seattle area plus fencing and just painted my new art studio exterior with it. I painted my daughter's house trim in Seattle area with it. I also painted my other daughter's house interior in California last year with it. (Yes, I am a hardworking mom!) It delivers consistent high quality results with almost no dripping or splatter and has great coverage. I think it is worth every penny.

I had the opportunity to compare this with Behr Dynasty 1 gallon Satin Exterior Stain-Blocking Paint and Primer custom tinted to Carefree Blue. It covered in one coat even over bare wood -- much better performance than the Ultra-Pure White that took two or three coats where the clapboards had been scraped bare. The stain blocking ability of the White was not even close to being as good as the blue and the paint was thinner. Looks good finished, though, and hopefully lasts longer than cheaper grades.

This is excellent paint. It ran through my sprayer in even coats with minimal dripping. I used the Behr paint calculator and ended up with way too much paint even after two thick coats on the entire house. I would have given 5 stars if the paint estimate had been more accurate.
