I purchased several of these boards for a project I was working on. I picked 4 random boards from a stack that looked to have been picked through, since mine did not have to be perfect. Once I got them home, I found these to be almost perfectly straight with just a couple of small knots in them.They were plenty straight and they worked great. Once I finished my project, I used a belt sander and rounded off the corners and there was no splintering from that, which really surprised me. These were stained and tool the stain very well.

Boards are nice and relatively straight. Some times you have to pick through them to get ones that aren't damaged. I use a jointer to square up edges sometimes but overall they work great. I use them to build beds and other furniture.
