If you get this on the building and it dries, how do you get it off? What color is this foam?
Asked by: Edye
Hello Edye, Unfortunately, There is no solvent that will remove cured polyurethane foam. If the foam has not cured yet, use GREAT STUFF PRO™ Gun Cleaner or fingernail polish remover (with acetone) to quickly remove the uncured foam. Test a small area of the substrate first as the chemicals in the nail polish remover and gun cleaner may not be compatible with the substrate being cleaned. For cured foam, remove as much as possible with a dull scraper or a hacksaw blade and then try scrubbing the remaining film with a non-abrasive cleaner. If that does not work, gradually move up to more aggressive means including sanding, sandblasting and repainting. The color of the foam is tan.

I am looking to use this on the inside seems in a plastic shed to help keep out dirt and bugs. will it adhere to plastic ok?
Asked by: fixerupgal
Hi, Fixerupgal! Thanks for your question about Fill and Seal Foam Sealant. This product will adhere to most building materials, including most plastics; however, it doesn't adhere well to polyethylene. Before using, confirm what type of plastic your shed is built from. Your application sounds very appropriate for the product.

Can I use this to seal a leak in my roofing?

Asked by: Kerri
Hi, Kerri! Thanks for your question about Fill and Seal. This product is designed to fill small cracks and gaps with a maximum 3-inch diameter bead to stop air leakage. The product is water resistant, but not water proof. Over time, it will deteriorate with water contact. It is also sensitive to UV light, so if it is exposed to sunlight, it must be covered with some type of UV resistant paint or coating. Depending on the location of your roof leak, this may not be the best product to use.
