Thanks for your question. I would suggest you reach out to your local Home Depot store to ask what cutting they can do for you. I know they are limited on what they can cut. I'm not aware of being able to order a specific cut size and have it shipped from Home Depot via online. Thanks

I am not sure, but for a roof you need an exterior rated plywood. I built a bird feeder and used interior plywood. I put two coats of paint on the roof and it still separated layers.

I do not have the exact weight but I would guess it weighs somewhere near 40 lbs. Definitely not more than 50 lbs.

If primed and painted using exterior grade products, would this last outside?

Thanks for your question. Our plywood is used for cabinetry and furniture. It is produced with interior glue and is not recommended for outside applications. I would check with your local Home Depot store to see what exterior panels that they would have available. Thanks

Every Homedepot that I have been to will make a limited amount of cuts for you free. I believe the number is 2 cuts. After that, there is a charge.

Home depot does cut this plywood for you. However I've found over the past several years. That some employees of Home Depot don't particularly care about how close they cut to your requested size. I have had to tell them if you cut it wrong based on my mark, I bought it. If you cut it wrong because you chose not to cut it according to my measurements/mark. You bought it! As a real the majority of the employees are very happy to help, and try to cut as close to your measurements as possible. I love the quality of this plywood.

It is good for what is made to do. Do not expect it to replace Baltic birch plywood. It has voids, but it is fine for most applications.

Beautiful Wood, Easy to Work with! 3 Little Libraries from 2 Sheets of this!
Our original plans called for 3/4” plywood, but that would be too heavy for a Little Library. Finding this Sande Plywood, with both sides pretty smooth and very nice wood grain. I love not having to sort through various rejected plywood sheets - every one of these in my local store was in great shape, and ready for our project. Home Depot was also very nice about making 3 free cuts on each sheet, which made it easier to carry home, and less awkward to manipulate around my table saw.

I was disappointed with the texture of this BC Sanded plywood. I had to do extra sanding and coating due to roughness. I should have went thru the stack to pick out a better one. The pic on left shows the extra graining.

A store employee convinced me to purchase this type of plywood. Best move I've made in almost three months. I'm building corn hole game boards and have been using underlayment. Not again. Terrific.

Horrible plywood.
I build special boxes for customers and this plywood with sanded finish is NOT durable. Very soft, brittle. Just purchased 5 sheets after cutting to size the plywood split at each layer (no glue to keep together) the plywood came from newton NJ home depot. Not the first issue with plywood for me the birch 1/2" was not cut to true 48"×96" was short 1/4 "both ways.

This is a fine grain smooth plywood panel. The surface is very smooth but a soft wood which is easy to scratch. Use very fine sand paper to touch-up the surface. Wood stains very well and made very nice shelves when supported with a hardwood edge.

This plywood is not a very high grade but it is okay for some applications. I did find it had some voids and the service is not always the best looking. I used it for pull out shelves that I was adding to our kitchen cabinets to give us more storage space. The veneer is very thin so you have to be careful when sanding, not to sand through to the next layer.
