using this for a speaker cabinet.. its really not what that is. as for smoothness i have some MDF that is definitely smoother to thw touch. now if you plan to finish it. it'll look great. its not heavy in weight by any means the baltic birch def weighs more so for shelves or things that will hang from walls this is the way to go. structurally if you reinforce with bracing of sorts you can use it for heavier loads as well ** customer provided wood **

I would use it again BUT
For garage cabinets so I used pocket screws, it took me a while to dial in screw depth using Kreg jig, it's not actual 3/4 plywood. used 1 1/4 pocket screw on just over 5/8 setting due to the plywood HAS VERY SOFT CENTER don't over torque. no 1" screws

      Quality is suffering
I typically buy about 75 4x8 sheets a year to make cornhole boards. The quality of these have dropped dramatically even though the price has sky rocketed. It may be time to look into something else.

Worked great for a climbing wall!
I used two sheets of this plywood to make an indoor climbing wall for my kids. After cutting them down to the size pieces I wanted, I sanded and painted them before installing the mounting hardware. My kids (5 and 2) love it!

          Lightweight but strong
Horrible dog poop smell once cut , but it's the lower price option for Cabinet Grade Plywood for my business, DW's Custom Closets. Once you cut againt the grain, You will have to do some sanding. March 2020 , I use to pay $32 , now it is $59 .. Ridiculous

            Perfect for a custom closet
I used this plywood to build the cabinets for a custom closet and was very happy with the results. The finish was smooth and consistent, it looked great after painting. If you're looking for plywood to paint, I would highly recommend this product. If you're looking to display the wood grain you will probably be disappointed in this product.

              Grade B
I’ve bought about 20 sheets of the 3/4 ply. I was happy with it at first and now I’m starting to notice a lot of voids in the plys especially around the edges. I’ve also noticed bubbles forming after applying paint. Maybe it’s time to switch brands!
