First off, this is a very beautiful chandelier. It is of a classic design with hanging crystals that has slowly became harder to find to be replaced from a more "modern" look. This is a 6 light, 3 tier chandelier. The instructions say it has 111 crystals, i didn't count them, but after the time it took to install them, i would venture they are correct. The light is heavy, weighing in at about 24 pounds, so make sure your hanging location can support that! The light itself installs like any other ceiling light, to the junction box, adjust the chain and cord and hang it up. It helps to have a second person to hold the light while you do the wiring and mounting. The main frame of the fixture is of thicker steel and this particular one is painted a flattish black, so any scratches can be covered with some spray paint pretty easy. The crystals set off a beautiful and dazzling reflective display on adjoining walls. This light will make any space where chandeliers are normally hung, a beautiful room.

Nice quality light with some assembly required. Since the instructions are very limited (1 page printout), you had better be knowledgeable in installing light fixtures or be prepared to hire a professional. Hanging the fixture shouldn't be too bad, because none of the glass is attached, so you're just mounting the hanging metal ring part, which isn't too big or heavy (see pic). It's going to take a little time to attach all of the glass though...as there are a lot of them. The attached picture shows the crystals in the box (wrapped in pairs)...and there are two layers of those packaged in the box. The crystals aren't flat either, they are solid triangular shaped crystals, which should catch the light nicely and add some weight and depth to the fixture.
Like I said, the quality is good and while the black finish is a little plain, it looks nice without looking cheap. I wouldn't mind if it was offered in different finishes though, like brushed nickel or aged bronze, to give it a 'richer'/higher end look, but the black finish allows it to work in many different types of décor. It also would be nice if they included the light bulbs...none are included..
My only concern is going to be keeping it clean. I think blowing some compressed air or using a Swiffer duster should keep it looking good for weekly cleanings, but I'm sure an annual cleaning will be necessary...and will be a little time consuming. This works well in a hallway, kitchen or dining room. One last thing, this light has the option of either hanging it from the supplied chain or mounting it directly to the ceiling (ceiling mount).
I'd definitely recommend this chandelier, it is a bit of modern mixed with a little bit of classic styling.
