I bought this for home use, not realizing it uses those very large commercial style toilet paper rolls. I thought it could use the standard toilet paper sizes you find at most supermarkets. Aside from that, I love the product and will start purchasing the 9" Jumbo Rolls for it. Just wish I could find some locally in Orlando, FL. Most I found have a 1 to 2 month delivery wait time to your home, and I think that's a trifle too long. The only cons I found was it does not include any mounting hardware, that would have been a plus for me, but I'm not going to take away a star for that. But it would have been nice to have the screws and washers needed to mount this beautiful dispenser. The other con is the spool size can't be adjust for any size toilet paper spool from the smallest to the Jumbo variety. That would have been a great feature to have, just in case you couldn't find the Jumbo Rolls anywhere locally. {Currently as of this review and COVID-19 we can't find anyone with any size toilet paper in stock!} Now why did I buy it? TWO REASONS: The main one because I have pets, CATS specifically. And if anyone has cats you know just how much they love to UNRAVEL the toilet paper if they can get to it. That and they have had little accidents with choking and hacking that has messed up a few rolls here and there. This item WILL prevent that from ever happening again, as well as keeping them from getting hold of the entire toilet paper spool and unraveling it all over the house! LOL The second reason, I liked the look of it, the price was inexpensive and hoped that possibly it would have worked with 2 standard rolls of toilet paper. Even though it didn't, as soon as I can find Jumbo Rolls that fit it, it will be mounted and put to good use in our Master Bathroom. And I know it's sturdy, because of how the delivery person delivered it to my home, they just tossed the box over my handicap railing onto my porch and it landed with a hard, loud thump. My wife saw the delivery driver throw it over instead of taking 5 seconds to walk up our ramp, ring the doorbell and take off after leaving it. If we hadn't been in the living room, we never would have known it was delivered and my wife would not have witnessed how it was literally drop delivered. Fortunately, even though there is no packing material inside, it came out unscathed, no damage, no cracks or breaks. So that gives me confidence that if it can hold up to that kind of abuse, it'll hold up to my cats as well as most anything within reasonable limits. And once we are able to get the Jumbo Rolls in a 12 pack, since they are so large and it's just me and the wife, those 12 rolls would probably last us anywhere from 6 months, maybe even longer. Again: PROS are, inexpensive, it will be easy to mount and a good investment for pet owners who have pets that like to destroy/play with your toilet paper rolls. It also comes with a little plastic key that is required to unlock and open the unit, which will also help keep the pets out of it. Very durable. CONS: No mounting hardware supplied {scews/washers}, spool size is not adjustable for any size toilet paper you may want to use. And I do plan on buying a 2nd one for my Guest Bathroom as well. Even though I haven't used it, I can tell they will be worth it in the long run. Hopefully when HD gets the Jumbo Rolls back in stock I'll be able to order some for this and maybe the 2nd unit I'll have by then.
