Is the 1.5 inch dimension the width/height of the square openings? And if not, how wide/high are those openings?
That is the size of the wood slats....1 1/2 inch lumber. The spacing is about 3" square.
The 1-1/2” is the thickness of the panel (the thickness of the the 2 laths together) the hole opening is 3” square
Is this panel pressure treated?

Not to my knowledge...you have to use the diamond pattern or PVC to get a 48" wide.
