If you have a chop saw or a hand held circular saw you can do it. I don't know if home depot will do it for you

I'll confirm the poster. They width are all about 11.1" and not 11.25". VERY annoying. I ended up having to return all that I purchased and going to a real lumber yard to get normal sized lumber.

this wood can be used safely indoors and around food products, but you will want to seal wood to prevent contamination of the wood by the raw food.
