With Hopkins' 2x4 basics 90192 Shed Kit you don't have to be an expert carpenter to put together a well-built shed. Only straight, 90° cuts are required. No miters or complex measurements are needed to build your own shed with our patented connectors. You determine the size and purchase 1, 2 or 3-kits to make your shed up to 10 ft. wide and 22 ft. long (3048 mm x 6706 mm). We provide instructions for 7 x 8 ft. (2134mm x 2438mm), 8x14 ft. (2438 mm x 4267 mm) and 10 x 22 ft. sheds (3048 mm x 6706 mm). Easy to follow plans are included including materials lists, cut lists, and detailed instructions with step-by-step images so that even beginning do-it-yourselfers can build a professional-looking shed. Our 2x4 basics Shed Kit is cost effective and can save you fifty percent or more over other pre-built and knocked-down shed options. You supply the labor for this weekend project. Our galvanized steel connectors are designed for use with sturdy 2x4 (38mm x 89mm) framing making your completed shed built to withstand the elements.         High hopes!
        Bought the kits to make a simple shed. Read the reviews figuring it couldnt be as flimsy as they are saying. The kits make it easy as there are only straight cuts they hardware is thin but the shed goes up quickly

          The plans started out good. However, they leave you hanging. Nothing about roofing it or the optional trim. Needed an extra joist-each side - too flimsy otherwise. Didn’t include a drip edge or mention caulking before painting. No tips on how to cut the front paneling which was QUITE difficult.

          I'm not a carpenter by any means. I found this kit very easy. It took a few minutes to understand the directions but once I did, the whole thing went easily. I actually modified the kit and am using it as a chicken coop.
