Product Details

The trim-to-fit plenum has an inside measurement of 20 in. W x 20 in. D x 46.5 in. H. and is designed for use with all forced-air heating and cooling applications. Constructed of 26 gauge sheet metal, the knock-down design of the plenum takes up very little space and simplifies transporting to the job site. Simply measure and cut to size using tin snips to match the supply opening of the air handler, furnace, or evaporator coil.

Knock-down design makes it easy to handle and transport to the job site
May be cut in the field to the proper width and height to customize installation
Kit includes 4 trim able sides and 1 trim able top; requires sheet metal screws, supplied in the field, to secure assembly

Q:Can I use this to mount a downdraft, roof-mounted swamp cooler? The opening on the swamper is 20x20. However, this product is only 47 inches tall; I need 58 inches. Can I purchase two and connect them with screws and metal tape?

A: Home Depot's system shows this as being frequently purchased together, which can be confusing to customers as the maximum size of the plenum is 20 in. W x 20 in. D, and this WILL NOT fit the supply opening. You will need to have a local sheet metal shop make a plenum to your specifications as that will simplify the installation. You did the right thing by asking this question.

A: Sorry, we order these from a manufacturer and it is only available with one end cap. It is sheet metal, are you able to make/cut an additional end cap?

A: Sorry, an additional end cap is not available as these plenum kits are mass produced. If you are in need of a complete enclose box, please have a look at models RAB 17, and RAB 21 to see if the dimension will be suitable for your application. RAB 17 [20.5”h X 17.5”w X 28”d For 17.5” wide applications.] RAB 21 [20.5”h X 21”w X 28”d For 21” wide applications.] Otherwise, a local metal shop should be able to custom make the box for your application. end cap too small

Actually comes out to 20.75 by 20.75, end cap is impossible to install so you will have to make your own or cut the panels to be smaller

size is wrong and back panel doesn't fit to small. not the easiest to work with and I install hvac. no cross bends for strength either
