My less than stellar rating is because of the deceptive heading of "Big and Tall Burgundy and Mahogany Vinyl Guest Office Chair." It should say, "Small and short." The back of the chair is below the average shoulder height striking about the middle of one's back. I would recommend the product for someone who needs cheap, short and narrow chairs. You must tighten every bolt or the chair will wobble. Expect the chair to stick to the hips of a man with size 38" or greater waist size when he tries to get up.
