Used it on a concrete floor around equipment to remind tenants to keep area clear. Perfect for my purposes and it is most definitely reflective. The tape is very thin, similar to the city/govt registration stickers for bikes, cars, etc. so take your time (it's not packing tape) because it will tear if you rush. Best on smooth surfaces like metal or very smooth polished concrete but not on rough surfaces, such as pebble grain plastic.

GARBAGE
this tape should be sold at a comedy club because it's a joke they fold the tape up and when you unroll it it breaks at the fold and flakes apart this is the only tape I could find like this in my area unfortunately I bought 5 packs and they all did the same thing I threw $25 down the drain don't buy this rubbish

NOT REFLECTIVE. This is just colored tape - reflects light no better than construction paper. Worthless given the misleading description. Technically, it is tape, and does stick to things. That's the only positive I can find. You'd be better served with scotch tape and a highlighter.
