A: I dont know if it holds 216 or 246. I have two of them. You really have to try hard to fill up one. They are adjustable in size at set up. They hold about 3 buckets of material from my tractor when fully expanded.
A: Its a typo on Home Depots titling of the product on their website. I have purchased directly from Geobin. Its 216 Gallons. Still a good size.
A: contact geobin, use landscape fabric staples, washers/screw/nut, or baling twine.
A: Use tie wraps. That what I use on my 2 Geobins.
A: Order from them directly from manufacturer
A: I'm not sure if you can order replacement keys, but if I were in you position I would try and use large Zip ties as replacements.
A: Tie together with wire or rope through the holes. Works just as well.
A: Doubt you can do that unless you want to build a shelter for it. Constructing it with reinforced block walls would probably be more practical.
A: This product comes with it's own "keys" that latch the two ends together. they are more than adequate for keeping it assembled.
