This is all about expectations. For its price, this is a nice chair. To get a better chair you'll have to pay almost double anywhere, so given that, it's a good value in my book. I've made some updates to mine with stuff I had around the house to improve this chair to satisfy my needs as an 8-hour per day, 5-days a week work chair until the office opens back up:
a) I added several washers (wrapped in painter's tape to hold them during install) in between the end of chair back mounting bracket and the chair base, using longer screws I had from a TV mounting bracket kit. This forces the back to be more upright whereas without it you lean back more than I prefer when working at a desk.
b) I added armrest pads, made from faux leather material and batting my wife had and 1/4" plywood scraps, cut to fit. This made the armrests more comfortable and raised them just a bit to better fit my 6' frame.

I love the mesh material because my back doesn't stick on hot days if you know what I mean! Lol!
Price was fair also...
I highly recommend this Boss Chair.

Not remotely a "big and tall" chair
Smaller seat the described due to arms. My 7 year old fits perfect. If you truly need big and tall, this is jot the product.
