Q:Just got the 75? hose and the waterline connector seems to be cheap plastic while in the description of this hose it states that it has a brass fittings. Has the manufacturer switched from brass to plastic and if so your description should reflect this

Recently purchased this hose and within a WEEK it was broken. The end attached to the hose bib just blew off. Poorly made.

The WeGuard garden hose it just great and I hope it will last many seasons. The hose does come with a storage bag, extra washers, multi function nozzle, and a hose hanger that goes easily over your faucet. I found it so easy to set up to hang from the hose hanger that I already have, keeping it neat and clean and out of the way. You really have to experience it to know how lightweight and manageable it is. The bundle package is a great value package. I did not expect the nozzle to be the quality it is considering, I made the purchase for the hose. I was going to use a nozzle I already had, but like this one with multi functions better than the one I already have. I will admit, I'm not sure how it is made, but it works great. If it holds up for several seasons, then I will purchase another one. The entire package is a quality product.

Sprung a leak
Product worked well for 7 months, then sprung s significant leak. Also a little disappointed with Home Depot's "help" with trying to get a refund or exchange.

Sprang a Leak w/Minimal Use & Can't be Repaired
Only got few months' use. First thought great, light & easy to haul, even though NOT full 75 ft claimed. Used few months last summer/then wintered indoors 5-6 months. After couple months' use this summer totally shot. Not just leak that developed but brass on/off spigot broke off in my hand month ago & plastic part essential to attach sprayer broke. Took good care of hose, rewound after every use onto mounted reel, always turned off water supply at main outdoor spigot on house so no pressure buildup in hose itself. Not ever. So disappointing. Should have thought to look if 1-yr warranty before this/bought 6-18-21 & now Aug'22. Looking for new different type to replace defunct hose & writing review to save others grief.

Great product, but also, great service.
I got a hose with a manufacturing defect and WeGuard replaced it right away. I used this hose daily for 5 weeks, and loved it. It performed super well. Then the hose started leaking at a seam. The service department responded promptly, and after a brief and sympathetic dialog via email, they replaced the hose quickly. I couldn't be happier.

It seems the hose extends to 75 ft when water...
It seems the hose extends to 75 ft when water pressure is applied to it but it shrinks considerably when there is no pressure which makes it a bit awkward to use at first. The valve at the end comes in handy for this, set it to closed, let pressure build up so the hose is extended so you can reach where you want to water. The fittings and nozzle are decent. The soft plastic insert between the fittings and hose often comes lose. I like the fact that it is easy to put away and fits into a tub when not in use

Best Hose Yet
Light, easy to put back on included rack, high quality nozzle included. Must be 'drained' to store (easy peezy). Only downside is I doubt you could siphon with it because of it's 'collapsible' nature.
