I want to mount a box flush on a wall stud. I would put the adapter into the wall stud with only the threads outside of the stud. What is the diameter of the outside of the solvent-weld female end? What diameter hole would be needed to recess the hex section of the adapter? How long is the female section of the adapter? How long is the hex section of the connector?
