Questions & Answers

I bought these but they don't hold the conduit tightly. Are these used with some type of insert that goes in first?

Unfortunately they do not tighten up enough to hold the conduit in place. The conduit remains loose and pulls out of the connector easily. I thought maybe they require some sort of insert that goes in first (see the question below) but I've been told at my local Home Depot that the answer is no. The bad thing is I took all of them out of their bags before starting the installation so I cannot return them. In summary, I wasted a lot of time and money buying these parts and would not recommend them.
