I honestly can't say anything because the package came without hardware to assemble. I took everything apart so carefully and didn't find ANY of the hardware to put it together. Not even sure what to do now. It's basically worthless, sitting in pieces on my balcony.

The product shipped right away , earlier than expected then didn't have any tracking information ...
The product shipped right away , earlier than expected then didn't have any tracking information for over a week . It wasn't until I filed a complaint and ticket with home Depot customer service that I received updated tracking. Which really wasn't tracking considering it was sitting in CA for that entire duration. Missed the updated arrival date and didn't even arrive on the original arrival date. I ended up receiving the product over 6 days past the estimated time frame. After assembling one chair, the second chair doesn't sit evenly on the ground . It rocks back and forth. It was taken apart and reconstructed and the same result. So I have a good chair and a crappy chair. The holes didn't line up evenly, it was just made poorly. Very disappointed.
