Very nice soldering iron. Just what I needed to get the job done. Like that it has it own ignition switch. Convenient to use due to there is no cord to get in your way. Heats up quickly so is very easy to use.

This torch rocks! I wanted one tool that could both solder and then heat-shrink wrap low-voltage lighting splices, for on-site work, and this did both jobs quickly, efficiently, and cordlessly. The drawback of the one-tool method is that heat shrinking requires the soldering tip to be removed, so one either has to wait five minutes until the tool is cool, or switch the tip out hot. I did it with the pliers tip of my wire stripper without burning myself or anything else, but if I had to make splices all day, I'd definitely want two separate tools.
My only complaint with this tool is that the safety button is a bit awkward to use.
