Step 1

Ideally, work on a cool, overcast day. Connect to your garden hose. With the Sprayer in the OFF Position, turn on water to the hose.

Step 2

Start with a dry surface. Turn to the CLEAN position. Thoroughly saturate to clean stains from Algae, Mold and Mildew and wipe out Dirt and Grime.

Step 3

Let the cleaner soak for the time listed on the bottle. During that time a second application of cleaner may be needed to keep the surface wet. Areas of heavy staining may need additional soak time or a quick brush. Turn to the RINSE Setting to rinse away stains from Algae, Mold and Mildew.

Spray a small amount of cleaner, let sit 3 minutes, and rinse to see results. 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner is a formulated cleaner and should not be allowed to enter drinking water reservoirs, lakes or streams.

Be sure to thoroughly rinse 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner off of windows. If left to dry on the glass it can leave a residue behind. This isn’t permanent damage, but would require extra cleaning

Cuts Algae Quick

I purchased one gallon of this stuff with a home depot sprayer and just sprayed it direct without cutting it with any water due to the buildup. It smells like concentrated bleach so make sure you are in a well ventilated area if you are using this product. I took a pass with the sprayer and let it sit for about 5 minutes before washing it down with the hose. You can see the results, works alot better than bleach and a power washer.

It works without the damage that can be caused by bleach

Truth is my wife uses the heck out of this stuff. She just acquired a used camper. Changed the tires on it and pulled it out of storage. Brought it home and went to work cleaning it. The roof is covered in vinyl, so caution is required not to poke a hole and when using caustic cleaners. 30 Second Outdoor Cleaner did the job. The camper looks like new!

The Good and Bad

I live in Florida and clean either pressure washer of use bleach with a tank sprayer every year to eliminate mold. This year I tried the 30 Second cleaner mixed as directed with water in a tank sprayer. It worked very well as claimed. 30 Second 24’ hose sprayer Not at all reached Did not reach 24’ but roughly 12’ to 15’ as a wide spray but no stream. Needed a stream to reach high areas of my home.

Doesn’t clean dirty concrete

I used the concentrate in a one gal sprayer for my porch. And a hose end bottle fir the driveway. The hose end was empty after spraying on 2 sections. Neither cleaned very well.

Concrete is extremely porous material and require the most saturation. Spray surface with cleaner, let sit and remain saturated with product for 15 minutes, brush if needed and rinse thoroughly with hose to see results. The saturation time will vary depending on the amount of buildup, and the porosity of the surface. We appreciate your business, thank you for sharing your experience with our product.

Does not Last

I purchase two of the 64oz W. the sprayer to be use on my drive way, my drive way is mid size nothing big, and they did not last, they go very very fast, so in my opinion too much money for what it cover, you better off using bleach and soap from the pool section . THAKS

Works better than expected.

Worked better than expected- cleaned a rock wall that was covered in algae with minimal effort- just sprayed on. Brick walkway needed a little brush work but made it look brand new. I did not dilute the product and applied with a pump sprayer.

Did well on a tough job

Used it on a patio brick wall that had been neglected for more years than I am willing to admit. The wall was covered with dirt, moss, soot, probably mold and mildew too. There are a few places that didn't respond fully to the cleaner, but overall the wall now looks close to new. Another wall really does look like new. I don't know (or want to?) what the "proprietary ingredients" are, but they work just fine on brick with a stiff plastic scrub brush and a little elbow grease. Very pleased.
