Constructed from self-extinguishing, fire-resistant materials that includes a thick, super-absorbent, bi-component fiber core layered in between an absorbent top sheet, which allows fluids to pass through, and a low-slip, leak-proof 3 mil polypropylene backing helps protect your deck by keeping it dry; will NOT discolor your deck. Lastly, the edge is stitched for a clean finish.

- Made from 100% recycled fibers, the thick core traps and holds on to oil and grease while allowing rain water to shed away and the top layer to remain dry, within hours, the core also begins to dry

Thank you for your candor. I am so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the mat. Please rest assured that the mat will not stain your concrete because the backing is made of polyethylene.
The mat will eventually dry out in the sun. I recommend that you hang the mat out to dry after it rains; it will dry within hours.

It doesn’t seem like it is extremely durable but time...
It doesn’t seem like it is extremely durable but time will tell. As I am using it on grass I was hoping for more of a rubber-like mat but I didn’t read the description well enough so that is on me.
