This material is great for general cleanup or for putting under a dusting pad for cleaning hardwood or tile floors, They are advertised as trapping up to 8X more dirt, dust and sand, and this claim doesn't seem to be exaggerated. They pick up lint, dirt, animal hair and just about anything else. They do a good job of cleaning in the hard-to-reach areas, as they have an almost magnetic effect for dirty and debris; so as long as you can get your arm or a stick or wand into the space, they will get the job done.

Great for homes with pets. I use these sheets to dry mop the floor. The sticky texture grabs the dog hair were a normal broom would throw it into the air. Great for dusting too.

Saw the 3M Easy Trap Synthetic Sweep and Dust Roll Sheets (60-Sheets per Roll) online and to be honest with you it was the price that attracted me to them. My intent was to use them with my dry dust mop. Once I opened the box, I realized the catch for a roll of 60. The measurements of each sheet is 6"x5". So anyone with one of the name brand dust mops knows that these sheets are to small for it. They are on a continuous roll, kind of like a roll of paper towels, so you can rip off what you need. Long story short, you need 3 sheets to fit your dust mop, so your box of 60 just went down to a box of 20. As far as it's performance for use on a dust mop, I'd give it a 10 out of 10. Each sheet has a sticky substance on it so in my opinion it actually picks up more dust, dirt, and dog hair from the hardwood floors. However if your intention is to use it as a hand dust rag I'd give it a thumbs down, unless you don't mind that sticky feeling on your hands not to mention not sure if I'd run that across my furniture or TV screen. Lesson, always read the box before you buy.

3M™ Easy Trap™ Synthetic Sweeps and Dust Sheets
This disposable dusting cloth works like magic and is perfect for every day dusting, prep to paint project clean up, dusting automotive interiors, getting rid of cobwebs and even picking up hair! These cloths pick up to 8X MORE dust, dirt and sand than a well-known common household dust cloth brand using a very light adhesive, propriety fibers, and 3M patented manufacturing technology.
These are designed to be use under nearly any tool used in cleaning. Tear off the appropriate amount from the roll, lay the sheets flat on the floor, drop any flat tool on top of it and start dust mopping. Alternatively, wrap it around a duster for high dusting.
The sheets are 5” x 6” with tear perforations every 6”. They come in a 60 sheet Roll (5” x 30’) or 8 sheets box (5” x 6”size).
My first use for dusting the floor picked up three loose handfuls of dust and fibers from approximately 1,000 square feet, more than I have ever gathered using other dusting pads or cloths, between cleanings.. They retain the dust and fibers better than other products.

I like these easy trap synthetic sweep and dust sheet in a roll. I cut off just the amount I need and save the rest. I have used it to clean the floor with my dusting stick and it did pick up alot of stuff. I do feel that for dusting furniture the surface is a bit scratchy so even though it would work, I use this other places. It also makes a good tub-shower scum cleaner. I wad up a bit in my hand and scrub away. Does a good job.

These 3M dust sheets are a treat for picking up dog and cat hair.
We have a micro-fiber broom and I attached the 3M sheets directly to the micro-fiber cover. The 3M sheets are tacky, and held onto the broom with no problem. The sticky sheet did an excellent job of picking up pet hair from a wood floor.
I tried on a linoleum floor with similar results - the pet hair stuck to the pad with no need to make more than one pass with the broom. The 3M sheets can be used by hand - but you'll want to put on some cleaning gloves because the sticky residue on the sheets will transfer to your hands.
Rolling a couple of sheets around a dusting brush works very well - the dust sticks to the sheets instead of flying into the air.
It's sort of like using a tack cloth to remove residual sawdust from woodworking before applying shellac.

3M Dust Pro Sheets Out Perform the leading brand I've been using. I cleaned my floors first as suggested and went over them with the 3M Dust Pro Sheets and actually picked up some residue left behind by the other sheets. They even picked up hair on my bathroom floor. I used them on my truck dashboard and they left no streaks. 3M has amazed me for years with there innovative new products.

I have wood burning stove for heat so I get black dust all over.. These work great kinda tacky so dust does stick to it and when I use it by hand I can use both sides..However my doodlebug is meant to hold onto pads So I can use it on the floor to get all the pet hair up but it will not peel off whole to use the reverse side but if I put on a pad first and use it I can use both sides its a great item for dust can't wait to start on the ceiling vents
