AnswersYES, they are OSHA approved because they have the ANSI rating....... OSHA is NOT a testing agency. I would NOT want to wear these all day, every day because they are plastic and scratch easily. I have worn safety glasses daily made with real ANSI approved lens glass so that is what you want to wear when "all day protection" is needed.

AnswerThat would depend on temperature, I believe it is low enough that it will stop any particles flying at your eyes.

AnswerWe do not currently have a pair of Safety Glass products that is approved and rated for use with the Solar Eclipse – they are tested for use as a pair of sunglasses for protection of UVA and UVB only. We do not test or rate our glasses for this protection.
Are these glasses TSA approved?

AnswerWe are unsure what the standards are for TSA approved glasses but these meet the requirements of ANSI Z87.1-2010 as well as ANSI Z87.1-2003 and CSA Z94.3-2007 requirements. A good value
They have great optics very clear to look through. Just take care as they can get scuffed up and effect your visibility. The four pack is a good value. One down side to these glasses is they sit very close to your face and can fog up at times. On another note, they make great glasses for riding your motorcycle, especially at night since they have no tint. I buy these regularly.

These are simple safety glasses. They will protect your eyes. However, the visual clarity only exists if you look straight ahead. If you look or glance to the side, the field is distorted. I didn't realize how often I used a sideways glance until I put these glasses on. The distorted view is uncomfortable. I would not buy them again.
