No, these are stand-alone earmuffs. They can be used with safety glasses and a mask but a hardhat would be too large for them to fit over and they are too large to fit under.

They fit an average adult size head but they will probably be too heavy and too big.

They fit adult sized heads but will be too heavy and bulky for a youth.
