Is it good on trim

I used this on trim to paint kitchen walls it peeled the paint off with it

I think this would work on trim, however, it is a bit lighter weight than some of the other tapes. You also may want a wider tape for your trim.

OK for finished wood surfaces such as hi fi speakers?

I have to pack two speakers for long term (6 mos or so) storage. They have flexible covers for the fronts that attach to the sides of the speakers by short strips of tape. I need a tape that can be used on finished wood surfaces. Will 6080 work? The wood is polished black.

I wouldn’t guarantee it but it should work. Are you able to go completely around the speaker? If so for long term storage, try and reverse the tape, that is sticky side out, and wrap tight complete around Just a suggestion
