Worked like a charm. I made a privacy barrier on a rental property using vinyl lattice and the divider mouldings. Looks good. This was done using only white zip-ties nothing was allowed to be screwed in place,vinyl railings had to remain unscathed (screwed into not an option). Used 2x2's for extra support.
