The light worked right away so no complaints here. I’m going to be turning it off soon and see if it lights back up or if the filaments burst. My kitty enjoys the extra light so I leave it on for her.

DO NOT BUY: Gave Out in 2 weeks
Unfortunately I would not recommend this lightbulb for your oven. I received and put it in my oven on 7/11/21 and it randomly popped/exploded on 7/25/21 as I cleaned the oven. Sprayed some all purpose Lysol cleaner in the oven (no where near the bulb) and it popped as I was wiping it out. The chards nearly cut me. The first bulb my oven came with lasted at least 3yrs before it needed replacing. I’m better off trying to get it directly through the manufacturer. I might have a chance of actually getting a good durable lightbulb.

Super Thin Filament - It Is What It Is
Several reviews bemoan the fact that this light bulb does not last long. If you are using this in an appliance that you use often, this light probably won't last long. It's not because of the usage hours, but because these bulbs appear to be highly sensitive to motion. Example: This bulb fits in the hood above my kitchen range. Running the exhaust fan located next to the bulb, which I do often, agitates the light and appears to lead to the filament in the bulb breaking prematurely. It's not a fault of the bulb, but more a fault of the design of the exhaust hood. It's frustrating, but these bulbs do work well. I just rarely purchase them one at a time. There is nothing "rugged" about these bulbs. You get what you pay for.
