Would this cover a color driveway? See photo
Like Nu will cover a colored concrete driveway. To match the color or to restore using color you mix in dry color mix from preferred co, like Davis colors. Always mix lighter, then darken to desired color. Test with a brush or sponge pad on a small area and once desire color is reached then use pump sprayer. Typically many colors use around 1 oz per 100 ft of Like Nu, however every surface is different along with color preferences and manufacturers color mix variations.

I recently patched some steps with mortar, and the new mortar is significantly different (lighter) in color than the rest of the steps and adjoining patio, if I use this product on both will I get a consistent color on both the old and new concrete?

Your info states "We recommend re-spraying Like-Nu and re-sealing every 1-2 years for best driveway appeal." Does a patio also need re-sealing that often? Also, you recommend a manual hand pump sprayer. Is there a power sprayer you recommend?
Driveways typically take much more abuse depending on the vehicle and tires coming off hot asphalt. Patios do not need to be sealed unless you decide to for a particular issue or concern. Cement is very caustic on sprayers which is why we use and recommend lower cost manual sprayers for 1-2 uses.
Can a color be added, or color stained before sealing?
Color can be added, we use dry color as it mixes better and have found around 1 ounce of color per 100 feet as an average amount added. Contact us at info@likenuconcrete.com for more information
Can it be used on a topcast concrete?
yes, as long as their is no barrier to letting like nu penetrate
Can you use this for textures like knock down around a pool then stain it after, sprayed with a hopper gun.
You can spray light coats over knock down, would not stain, add cement dry color to Like Nu to tint, spray with a garden pump or deck sprayer
