I purchased this set to help keep hawks away from the birds at our bird feeders. Working as anticipated. They have not really faced any harsh weather so will have to see how they hold up. I gave them a 4 because although they have a bamboo pole it is 2 pieces and the stop one is a loose fit in the bottom one so it’s always spinning around. I will probably tape it so that stops.
