      Q:Can you use this blocks for a retaining wall that will have a 1 ton truck and trailer parked on it?

      A:  It would be best to consult a Geotech engineer to better understand the jobsite conditions, such as soil type, wall height, etc. This would be assuming that one ton vehicle and trailer would be parked on soil or gravel behind the wall.

        A:  It takes 1.5 blocks to cover one square foot. 3.5 x 90 = 315 sf x 1.5 blocks = 473 each 6 in x 16 in Concrete Garden Wall blocks. You should buy a few extra to cut for the starts of every other row though. Thank you!

          For the size, they are easy to work with since...
          For the size, they are easy to work with since there are hollow spots on the underside of the blocks. They aren’t solid concrete which makes them a little crumbly and fragile. Just be careful while moving and setting them and they should be fine. For the bottom layer, since they have a lip on the bottom back we used pavers to set them on the ground.

          55 pounds is heavy but workable. The closer you can wagon or tractor the blocks to your wall the easier it will be.. excellent product.
