Looks super cheap, very thin
The material looks exactly like a to go food box. The foam has the same texture and flexibility. You would find in a to go food box. You might get a cheeseburger in
It is super thin Styrofoam. It is not a hard foam or anything special. I returned my order.

Affordable=yes
Easy to install=yes with a learning curve
Accurate size=not even close
Appearance=Good
Durability=fragile
For the price I don't think anyone should complain about these tiles. They are made of styrofoam. Yes, you can see the glue spots thru the tile but if you use a white adhesive it's minimum and have to be directly under to see it. The only complaint I have is that every single tile was slightly different size than the one before. That makes it difficult to keep a straight line

Best budget friendly ceiling
I live in an old Victorian home. I've always wanted tin ceilings, but with the way prices are, it just wasn't on my budget. I've used this specific kind of tile in my bathroom, kitchen and coat pantry. They are SUPER easy to put up, cut and complete.

Made a HUGE change to the dining room
The tile being (basically) foam meant you have to be careful putting it up and moving things around in the room. But MAN does it look sharp! It made a huge transformation to our dining room with the board and batten we added. We love the way it came out.

Went up as directed. Easy to cut and install in a not so square room. Haven't painted yet but look great after a bit of seam caulking. Ordered as per the square footage recommendations and had 2 packages left over. No issue return on overage.

I put these on my dining room ceiling 2 years ago and the ceiling looks amazing. We get lots of compliments. We like it so much hat we just ordered these for our living. Our home is over 100 years old and the old ceilings were a mess and not easily repairable with cracks and teh finish coat of plaster falling apart. All I did was scape whatever was loose on the old celing, applied primer and glued the panels up. They beautifully cover something that was quite ugly.

This was easy to use over popcorn ceiling. I included one picture that shows partial installation. We used a lot of the glue so get an extra bucket if you are doing a large area.

This product was even better than expected. I wanted something different for my master bedroom and this turned out beautiful. Light weight product so your not struggling with something heavy over your head. Easy to install. I painted my tiles first with a primer paint since the ceiling eggshell paint I chose wasn't going on as smooth as I thought it should. Painted easy then installed. I found it easier for me to put a tile up and then cut out the air vent and smoke detector. I did press the tile to get a bit of indentation so I knew my start point but be cautious it is very thin. The Home Depot staff helped me chose the right glue and calking. I watched the video first which was a huge help. Friends who have seen it can't believe its Styrofoam. In one comment someone said it looked cheap but this is something you need to paint otherwise it does look like Styrofoam.
