The response that I received from contacting A-ipower by email is: A-IPower Support [support@a-ipower.com] Response: Our generators will run on natural gas & propane. However, we DO NOT sell a conversion kit for our models. You would have to find an aftermarket source that could supply you with. This conversion WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

Won't start. Home Depot won't take it back & calling the company is no help at all. This is a brand new generator & can't even use it. It's been sitting in the garage for a while & now when we need it, it fails. No one seems to know how to get it started. Waste of money! Very disappointed with this brand and with Home Depot. Do not buy!
