The design is not imprinted—each seam separates when the backing...

The design is not imprinted—each seam separates when the backing is removed. Even if the paper is not removed, when the tile is cut —and note that it must be to align with a straight edge, the tiles separate. Though it is supposedly 12x12, calculate for 10x10 since area is lost for straight edges and the design is one way. Good luck finding matching trim and outlet covers. I’m still looking.
