Answer

59" high, 51" wide and 51" deep. For larger width or depth you can install two cages back to back to fully enclose.

Yes that’s the only difference

How to repairmen gain access to the unit?

Combination lock on the side. The cage slides over two round metal pieces that are anchored into concrete. So you put a lock on it just like you would a trailer or a shed. Undo the lock and pick the hole thing up.

It will depend on the size of your AC pad. I had to add 2 inches around my existing pad in order to mount the AC cage.

The basic cage does not come with any security bars the top bars they are necessary they are extra unless you buy the kit with only one bar I have three bars on mine. Due to the size of my air conditioner unit it's shorter than the minimum height of the cage.

Seems to be very sturdy. My only complaint was that I did not realize a bar to enclose the top of the cage was sold separately. The customer service for the company was very helpful though and sent me one asap.

The cage was very easy to put together. Very durable and will hopefully last a lifetime. I put two of them together and set them in place in one day at two different properties. I would highly recommend buying these to keep your out door units safe and sound.
