AnswersI ordered online and picked-up curbside. After getting it to my mother's house, took it inside and removed the box. Assembly was very easy, simply slide the recliner back in to the rails attached to the recliner body. It snaps in which means it's locked in.

Very quiet movement, very comfortable. My only issue is the control button. It is on the outside of the right arm. I specifically purchased this due to an upcoming right shoulder replacement surgery. None of the photos showed the button on the outside and the reviews mentioned it being on the inside of the right chair arm, which I could have reached with my left hand. Otherwise I love the chair. I am contacting the manufacturer about purchasing a second button and cable and bypassing the existing one temporarily until my recovery is complete. Great Chair!

The chair is as described, actually better. The controls to make it recline are on the side of the right arm and also include a jack in which you can plug your tablet or phone in for charging. It is very comfortable and the reclining mechanism works very smoothly.
